Family Trivia
We first played Family Trivia on New Year's Eve. I was looking for a game that all my kids could enjoy, ages ranging from 2-14. And this is how we came up with Family Trivia. I went through my photos taken from that year (or any time period) and picked out 20-25 photos. Some were very obvious what we were doing but some was just a hint to what we were doing.
Items Needed: 25 photos
How to play: Place your photos picture side down. Have each family member pick 1 photo at a time and they have to recall when or where that photo was taken. For the younger ones we jus

Game Night
Family Game night came about after several long nights of my friends and my sister’s friends competing in Just Dance. When Just Dance 2 came out we were so competitive we had to make it official.
Items Needed: All game systems new and old
As many TV’s you can spare
Label tags
On our Game Night we had our PS3, PS2, and two Wii’s out. I had a TV in my living room, the den, my kitchen, and in the hallway. Because the Wii can take so many players I told everyone to bring their own controller and as people came in I used the tags (found in Wal-Mart) to label everyone’s controller. I would have liked to bring out our Atari for the adults but I will have to keep that in mind for my next party. However, it was a great way to bring out some of those old systems to be played and friends to reminisce on those games.
Another great add on to this night is a dancing trophy or award at the end of the night.
